Progress 48 hours later...

So here is the progress after 48 hours.  Jon has been at the house nonstop and thanks to CB we are moving along.  We have also met a few neighbors, everyone is extremely friendly and hospitable.  Two of the neighbors have lived in the neighborhood for 50 and 30 years and they love it...here is to hoping we do too!  The three of us are extremely excited!!

Well after months of looking and waiting we are finally homeowners in Ambler.  This would not be possible without Jon's parents...thanks sooo much Mr. and Mrs. Beebe.  We took possession on Wednesday, 3 days later we are on our way through demolition.  One dumpster full and another on the way...Here are some before pictures...
